Team Tip will launch Tip's solution on the Ethereum Network initially. This initial solution will use hybrid models of decentralized networks and applications, and a centralized database to solve the problem of discovery in the short term.
The tip solution on Ethereum will be combined with a distributed off-chain database that will provide arbitrary name, indexing, and query information. The ERC20 TIP Token will then be converted to a new network token at a rate of one to one.
